I couldn't find the PPG paint codes but I did for ColorRite paint

ColorRite paint for 2017 Ultra Limited

So I presume that most paint work one needs to buy paint from HD? Asking because I have a Blackened Cayenne Sunglo.

You don't have to buy paint from HD. ColorRite sells Harley colors. Here is the paint for a '14 SGS. Click on the Blackened Cayenne.

ColorRite paint for a 2014 SGS
