Default thundermax computer update

Thanks for all who tried to help with thundermax issue. As you read, I tried two different usb-serial adapters with my laptop and kept getting message (error, tuner not found or something like that). Took my wife's desktop computer to the garage, as it has a serial port and no need for adaptor and I got same result, leading me to believe that there is something wrong with the tuner or something wrong with the tuner-supplied serial cable.

Any opinions or ideas. I rechecked the fuse, and it is seated properly for ecm. I didn't try putting in the spare fuse. The connection of tmat to harley harness seems secure. It is connected to the dataport.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the tmat software. I did notice when I clicked Help and About that it says NA for firmware. Is this right?
