Default SEST software
I installed the SEST software and when I try to do the update it gives me an error and says internet connection API error and cannot connect to website. I have disabled the firewall, deleted and reinstalled and still the same thing. Is their website down or am I having a hardware issue/conflict? Anyone able to connect and updat their SEST software? Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Interestingly enough I just tried it and it worked. Maybe it was down yesterdy and between me posting and you replieing it was fixed. I don't know.

Not a download, it comes with the tuner or can be purchased separately. The download is for updates only once its installed. I had a disk but grandson got hold of it and scratched it all up. Did not have it installed at the time either, so no workie anymore. Anyone willing to burn a copy?

Try your local HD DEALER! Part # 32111-09 as of 2009 SE Parts book page 25. $29.95 and the cable is another $39.95 so your puter will talk to your ECM. Not sure if you can substitute a usb cable or not.

found it, i think i have all the cables already from the dealer when they handed me my tuner...i should have demanded the software at that time. hmm, i found part # 32111-10 says for 2010 models..im guessing that is correct.
