SEST update problem!
Long story short. I recently purchased the new SEST software disk so I could get the throttle progressivity feature. First version didn't have that. After install, all was good. Copied older tune to a new canned file that had the afore mentioned feature in it and saved as a different file so the canned file was not altered. Still all good. Updated the VCI, reflashed the tune, and all was still good. Then I found that a new update was available and downloaded it. Disk version was 2.00, update is version 2.02. After the update, I was not able to connect and reflash my tuning file. Message says the tuning file is incompatible with the ecm. I noted that the ecm part numbers that normally show in the tuning tree were not there. I tried to update the VCI again to see if the problem went away. I didn't. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled the disk version. ECM part numbers were in the tree. Tried the updated version once again. ECM part numbers gone! And again, file not compatible! WTF??? Anyone else had this problem? Anyone know if I'm missing something or if it's just a bug in the update?

Copy you old tune into a new canned file again. Mine when I installed a Newer Sest cd, it did not overwrite the old version but installed second super tuner version an you would not see your old files. They are still on your computer you just need to know how to access them. But the newer version will not flash a older tuning file without copy an pasteing to a newer file, from my findings.
