Current version of SEST software
My Super tuner software version is 1.005.0000
I had for a while been able to get web updates, but they have since quit woking. Now I get the error msg "Unable to connect to update server. Check your internet connection".
I take it the software I now have is not the current version. What is the current version? Does anyone have it? Is it worth the upgrade?

Upgrades often provide new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. I'm curious as to what the new version may provide compared to the older. 1.0 to 2.0 would be considered a major upgrade.
Newest software version order number 32111-10 has now incorporated a new "Smart Tune" feature to automatically correct your VE tables. Similar idea as the Vtune feature with the TTS.
And here I just got the 2.002.000 version 32111-09 and find I can't get updates from the server either. Not sure if they have already made our version obsolete?

I hear that you can ask it to make corrections, but you have no idea what its really doing, no visibility or control which is unlike TTS. If this auto correct feature is important, you may want to look carefully.

I assume you could compare VE tables before and after. My main concern that it is compatible with the SEST module that I have.
Don't know about the compatibility, just wanted to pass on the caution.
Once you have gathered enough data (its hard to tell when enough is enough) and reload it into the program you can see the VE before and after. I hear, however, that you don't know if the changes suggested are going to be right or even what is needed for the bike. For those that know what they are doing it may be of some benefit but it can mislead users who know no better.

I went ahead and ordered it. $35.00 shipped from Zannotti's, so I'll let y'all know when I start messing w/it.
Presumably it is using data captured while in the record mode to estimate VE table corrections. I am unsure what this means: "you don't know if the changes suggested are going to be right or even what is needed for the bike.
