Not sure about hardware requirements but no new numbers exist (that i could find) for the VCI. This leads me to believe it works with the current one. However reading the manual for the new software (found online with google) it indicates the VCI can data record for "about an hour" where as the old manual indicated VCI recording was limited to 15 minutes. This conflicting info leads me to believe a change in hardware may be required.

Newest software version order number 32111-10 has now incorporated a new "Smart Tune" feature to automatically correct your VE tables. Similar idea as the Vtune feature with the TTS.
And here I just got the 2.002.000 version 32111-09 and find I can't get updates from the server either. Not sure if they have already made our version obsolete?

Yeah I figured if I updated it would have all the stuff, well I cant find smart tune. Do I have to go buy the new disk? if so, that is pathetic.

I've never timed the data I've recorded but I think it's been more than 15 minutes at a pop.

Got it last night. Installed the software, but haven't hooked up the VCI. I might get a chance to play w/it this weekend. I'll let y'all know.

Received the new cd. Loaded laptop, make sure to update the vci or it will not flash the map. Flashed a new map an all went well. Be Monday before I can data log an see how smart tune works.
