Really no way to determine unless you look at the inside of the wheels at tire change or contact the maker.

I think that 5.0 relates to match the wheel width spec. You could always check with the maker/store to confirm. That 180 tire size is the widest part on the sidewall when properly inflated. Check the wheel sizes that 180 tire fits as the specs are done at the tire bead width.
