Hello. This season i bought 2014 SG (fhlx). And now in want to put some new slip ons on it.
After some reading and reasearching mi decision is kept between:
- Cobra neighbourhaters
- DNA megaphones
I like them loud and deep rumble. I like the sound of V&H but everyone have them and they are expensive. So what you recomend me, whichbone are louder or similar to V&H?
I just put some DNA megaphone style cheapies off ebay on my bike. Low deep rumble IMO. I was checking out sound clips on line. I have a fuel moto head pipe so I think they're a little louder than on a stock head pipe with the cat still in it. I'm not crazy about the megaphone look but it's growing on me...but for the low rumble an $130 price I had to try them. I think they are slightly louder than the RCX I removed. I was looking at the neighbor haters but missed a deal on ebay...I think they aren't as loud. Search YouTube for clips.
the megaphones are LOUD. The neighbor haters aren't that loud for their name. My bike had V&H twin slash on it an they were too quiet. If you want to hear the radio an don't have an amp an speaker upgrade don't go with the megaphones.
