I just bought their all I. 1 controller with load equalizer for my 07. Just going to put in Sylvania LED bulbs first but I want to install more rear brake and turn LED’s on the back...
This may be temporary, the issue could return, it did on mine anyway. LED's take very little power, your system could actually think a bulb is out and is trying to tell you that. There is a permanent fix I think but cant remember what it is.
My Heritage did it and so does my Pops Road King.

The "hyper-flash", when the turn signal indicator flashes rapidly, is a signal to show that a turn signal bulb is out... the LEDs draw less amperage than the OEM incandescent bulbs.... Low draw LEDs fool the bike into thinking that a bulb is out...
If you have a pre can-bus bike, you will need to put a load equalizer in the turn signal circuit, to stop the hyper-flash... or just live with it
On the newer can-bus bikes, the BCM can "learn" the proper turn signal draw... a minute or two with the 4-way flashers on will recalibrate the BCM and will stop the hyper-flash.
Custom Dynamics lists this procedure for can-bus bikes:
"Turn Signal Sync Procedure
Turn Ignition on, but do not start the bike.
Turn on 4 way hazards by pressing the hazard button on the controls.
Turn the Ignition off letting hazards run. IF the bike has security they will flash 5 or 6 times and then pause. This is normal. They will go back to flashing normal hazard mode.
Let hazards run 1-2 minutes.
Turn Ignition back on.
Turn off hazards.
Turn Ignition off and then back on.
Check function of both turn signals."

That's the same procedure Custom Dynamics gave me after I purchased their white/orange plug and play turn signal inserts.......following their instructions worked like a charm..........excellent!
