A lot of what Zerk carries, have a leather bag in the saddlebag with Torx, Allen, 1/2-3/8 rachets, wrenches, plyers, flashlight, some sockets, tape, tie wraps!
Husky auto tire pump, mirco battery jump, 9mm, music!
Not sure how this will turn out.... below is a list I picked up when I had my Sportster. Many parts are similar, sizes will be same. But this should give you an idea where to start. I set my Street Glide up based on this, and a couple hours with beers, country oldies, and going over things I think may give issues on the road. Good luck!!
Loctite!

Whats the 9mm for? To scare the bikes broken part to worK? Or in
case Earline of Big Easy E towing gets amorous?
I made my own using extra stuff I already had multiples of. Any time I do something to the bike if I don't have the tool I will buy an extra if I think I might use it. I have set of allen and torx wrenches, sockets with adapters and extensions, vise grips, screwdrivers, fuses, and loctite. All of it fits in two pouches from Home Depot, one in the back of each saddlebag.
I have never broken down, but have used it to tighten a loose highway peg and an exhaust bracket that was rattling.
