Never would I trust that with my Ultra Limited......$79.....you get what you pay for, and often less than you paid for. Buy a good jack, lift it up and roll it where you want......easy pezzy!!
For "once a year" storage a cheap China product from HF might be "ok"......but in my case, I need to maneuver my 900+lb Ultra into and out of the garage's corner EVERY TIME I take it out to ride (and jockey a car too).....so for me a top quality and an easily moveable unit is a top priority. Five years ago I bought the J&S and still feel it was the best $400 I spent. There's just no way I can maneuver without it.

If I were using it more often than a couple times a year I would add better wheels to the dolly. If I had to use something every time I parked the bike, I would look for the best solution regardless of cost. Probably something like you did, jack it up rather than ride on.

Same here, plus having a jack makes service and repairs so much easier. I just replaced the wheel bearings and put new tires on my Ultra. Nice to be able to remove either or both wheels and have the bike so stable it's not necessary to strap it down.
I have a Condor Garage Dolly, it is more costly but well made.
Yeah, those are nice, but the $400 price sticker didn't make much sense to me lol. I literally only need something to move the bike 2 feet or so. Nice dolly though.
