That mounts the saddlebags to the rails, 2 each side. A part number or dealer would be great. I looked in Harley web site and got zippo.........man I suck at this.....lol

not sure what you mean by 'bailwire'. Are you talking about the pin that goes through the bag from the inside and twists to lock itin place?

Yeah i got a slot for a screwdriver on mine and there is a version with a wire loop if you will (no tools needed).

samll thing but my brain wont let it go.........lol

Try this, Part # 90834-95A (Bail Head Stud), got the number from my '06 Touring Model Parts Manual. I looked up the price and it said $8.25, seems a little high but hey it's a Harley part. Order them on line and save 20% or so.
