Looks good! If you had a buddy, you'd could probably 3-D print that pretty easily. Hell you could probably design one that is nestled on the side of the clam shell (controls), right up against it, like it belonged there...

Sorry I assumed solid not stranded.
And the flex I mentioned was more about vibration than bending.
But it's mute now.

Yes vibration could be an issue, and honestly I never considered it. I originally wired version one, as I mentioned earlier, for my Honda XL600R, and there was a need for flexible wires then, so I kept using it in all versions. Number one ( the square tubing version) transferred to my Sportster, and the buttons were on the bars, and the transmitter, under the seat. Version 2 went on the Ultra, for a few months, till I got sick of looking at it, lol.

For the record, I always use stranded wires on any automotive application. Just years of habbit.
