For various reasons of my own I want to replace the passenger floor boards on my 04 RK with pegs. Anyone out there try this? Is there another HD model's parts that are interchangeable? Is this what I'm looking for?
Note sure that you are going after, but since the stock floor boards can be adjusted up or down, I leave them in play, then add on another set of pegs that are swing adjustable for the SO instead. Hence uses the floor board to get on the bike, then pegs once on the set set to her liking.
Plus, even with the floor boards up all the way, too low for either putting your kid on the back, or SO that has shorter legs. which helps with no one gets punched in the throat for putting their feet on the top of the saddle bags to scratch the hell out of the covers.
Also, since both floor boards can be swung up, and pegs can be adjusted back out of the way, both out of my way for riding single without here.
