Horn

2002 Electra Glide, horn isn't working right. When I hit the button I get a "click", but if I tap it with a screwdriver it will sound. I think it is getting stuck, anyone ever have this problom?

When the horn on my 1999 Road King quit working, it was due to a bad ground wire. Cant recall if I had the 'click'. I ran a wire to a good ground location, which solved the problem. Not saying solves your problem, but throwing it out there.

Getting a new horn is a good idea, the newer ones are louder.

Usually just a dirty internal contact. Remove and open up the horn, clean the contacts, and you’ll typically be back to fine.

You can also adjust the horn for volume & tone .
