Too Much Silver For The Bike? Got The Lower Fairings For Free From My Dad's 100th Anniversary Ultra Classic. He Sold Bike I Got The Leg Warmers!

That's a major score right there. The original non vented lowers offer less buffet to the rider than the later models due to the inboard airdam at the top of them. Should you decide to paint them, you might consider enlarging the air intake side a little bit if you think you need more air. I've done that in the past. They look fine as is.

IMHO,. You need a little bit of silver/grey elsewhere on the bike to offset the silver lowers. (but it looks OK)

In the end, it's YOU who has to look at it and be satisfied with it. I have a black/red theme going on. SOme like it, some hate it.
Only *I* have to deal with it. LOL
