Interesting. I found a set of polyurethane ones a little more expensive than harley stock ones. Think it's worth it ?

Yeah your part number is what I was originally looking at from harley for my 07. Thought maybe the polyurethane might be a better option ?

As the part number indicates that is a “ spacer” not present before 02 model year ( not “ there” on my 99)

I m suggesting the outboard rubber isolators as referenced in earlier post

An 07 does not have swingarm bearings unless someone has replaced them.

From the factory the 07 swingarm comes with something called a cleave block inside the swingarm. The replacement which will eliminate the wobble is a bearing and is a popular replacement from glide pro and/or stay bo

There most certainly are roller bearings in your swing arm, that’s what part 9208 is. One on each side.

The Sta-Bo II bushings go into the oem frame mounts (47564-86B), they do not replace them.

steering head wear in going to create wag that will feel like bikes rear is swinging in a turn, and builds up gradually in the normal course of time. I would suggest you check this.
