No.
It sounds like you need to either replace with an aftermarket head unit or send it to Iron Cross Audio. I myself want the functions that aftermarket cant replicate but some dont care.
He just changed bars so I am sure it wil be fixed when I get a chance to go over and trouble shoot it. I was hoping the radio itself could be turned down with minimal effort. thanks for the reply.
06 electra glide handle bar switch will move volume up but not down. is there a way to turn it down at the radio face ?
If you can still access the audio menu with the left hand controller, pres the button next to the volume indication on the faceplate and use the up / down arrows on the faceplate to adjust

If he just changed bars I would suspect a problem with the wiring to the switch. Test the switch for power on both sides first before messing with the head unit.
If you removed the wires from the Deutsche connectors during the handle bar installation, likely the one for the DOWN Volume is not seated properly causing the issue.

Ask me how I know?????
he said he checked that, but I plan on checking it again and making sure the wire is in the right slot.. I am going to start at switch and make sure nothing is pinched.. Thank you for all of the replies especially iron cross for the special way to turn it down.
