Never heard anything bad. I personally called about getting a chrome enforcer for my rear wheel and every time I call he just is super busy and you need to go on a waiting list.
My wheels are 4 years now, and lowers 2, excellent chroming, and look like new still. Recommend. In fact the HD mech said they look better than HD lowers.
