There are a few commie states that would require you to register the bike as custom build if the original motor was missing... the title would not say it is a Harley...so the statement has some truth to it...

Im in the process of having a S&S 124LC installed in my 09 Street Glide. I was having a friendly argument with a buddy of mine who says its no longer a Harley because it has a S&S motor. Hmmm.. What say you Forum? is it still a Harley?
