I need help finding a decent intercom system Bluetooth or wired that will work with half helmet and passenger with a small head that won't cost me a fortune. My passenger has a small head and she has problems with getting the wired one's I have to stay on her head and be comfortable, she would like to have ear bud type but I cant seem to find any. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Check out Sena. They have some helmets with the intercom built in, including a half helmet. Price is not too crazy either. I am not sure about interoperability with other systems, though.
Sena 20S has an ear bud jack. The 30S and 50S should too.
I wear a full face helmet and I didn't even bother putting the speakers in my helmet, I just use Plug Phones ear buds. If you go that route you do have to tuck the ear bud wires in someplace.
I'm still using the Sena SMH10 with M6 Pro ear buds with the half helmet, can't get the ear bud clamp anymore so I really baby the thing... until someone sells a used A-304 in great condition.
I bought a Sena S20 last year and have used it with M6 Pro ear buds, it works really well with speakers too if you spend the time placing the speakers in the optimal location in your helmet
Cardo, Pack-talk is great too ... if your riding buds have that model and to need to chat with a large group
Zillion youtube videos to thoroughly confuse you ... good luck
Don't waste your time on the SENA brand. They do not carry any parts in North America for their headsets.
I have a brand new set of their half helmet bluetooth headsets that is absolutely no good because it is missing
a 50 cent piece of rubber.
