Engine guard has been on the CVO for a while, it's not new, just new to this model, same with the right side fuel cap and the LED headlight.
So we are down to New Colors, New Tank Emblem, and a New ECU. Wow what a great bunch of additions for 2021. And it starts at $27,000.
I really hope the new models Harley is coming out with are going to be good, otherwise my 2019 will be my last Harley.

Cable clutch, return to the old. Not new at all, a step backwards.
ECM is new, what benefit is there to it?
Engine guard has been on some bikes since and including 2018, so what's new about it?
Tank emblem, wow I wouldn't count that as a change. They change them about every year.
Center tank console? Really all 7 touring bikes I have had came with a center tank console
Right side only fuel cap is pretty old, my 2012 CVO road glide had that, my 13 King has that. My 17 CVO Street glide had that as did my 18 CVO road Glide and my current 19 CVO RG.
My 15 had a LED head light and every bike since.
So there is really no meaningful change. Better headlight does add some safety, I will give it that. New ECM did not give the bike any more power or better performance.

Looked at black and silver one over the weekend. Nice color but still has that front wheel and that color brings with a 30+ price tag? 114./117 in Special and CVO...You would think they would have to do something next year. Definitely keeping my 16 SGS this year. And the whole tuning thing with warranty...See where Harley goes.
