If I'm not mistaken, my powder coater told me excess could be removed with brake cleaner.

That has to be the absolute worst PC masking and spray I've ever seen. Take them back and have them do it. We send parts back that look far better than that.

I had 37 pieces powder coated and there were 2 pieces were a little PC leaked thru. Carefully with a razor blade the excess came off no problem.
With the amount those pieces have I would take them back and let them clean it. If they screw them up they get to redo it

Powder coat is melted plastic, so you can cut it off the surfaces.

The powder overspray melted onto the inner surface should stay put. But, if not, it’s just plastic, so it shouldn’t harm anything.

Lousy masking job by the coaster. Probably someone I would not use again.
