Got it cranking, have to add gas tomorrow to see if it starts, It was the ignition switch out of whack, I used a perfect width screw driver to get it lined up and it worked.
OK, so it cranks but no fuel injection preloading and won't start. Fuses are fine, I'm at a stand still as to what it could be. I've checked all the plugs and pins, everything is as it should be. I'm lost as to what to check next.
Hate to say it but it sounds like you might have to go back into the bars and check those connectors ( right side ) , possibly one came loose while pulling the wires through .

Any error codes ?
No error codes, and I checked the wires yesterday, When you do the extensions, you don't plug them in until after you pull the wires through the bars, but I checked all the connections as well and they're fine and tight. Another wrinkle in this is the check engine light isn't coming on. It is when you go into diagnostic mode so it's not burnt out or disconnected. It was always on before for 5 or so seconds when you put the ignition on.

Possibly a couple of wires got reversed , would need a diagram to verify . If you don't have a diagram , you can go to the Harley web site and check the wiring diagram with your bikes serial # .
Because it cranks we know the off run switch is good. The problem maybe the W/BK coming from the switch to the system relay. Pull the relay and with ignition and kill switch on check for 12v at 86 on the system relay socket. If zero volts I would check the new connector.
The w/Bk wire from the on off switch powers the system relay coil and goes to the ecm letting it know the switch is in the on position.
When the system relay is energized the fuel pump will run. If the pump doesn’t run for 2 seconds when you turn the ignition on and off/run to run check to see if the system relay is getting power on the W/BK wire.

So if there is power to the relay but the fuel pump isn't running for the 2 seconds it would signal a bad relay?
