Good looking bars and decent pricing. I was looking close at them, but they do have some customer service issues and until they get them sorted out I would look elsewhere.
Here's a link to their BBB page. I wasn't willing to gamble on a company with a grade of "F".
I purchased chrome 12" meat hooks pre wired with TBW and heated grip wiring.... received right bars an properly wired in black.... sent them back and they sent another pair....received the right bars the next time around minus the wired heated grip option.....decided to do it myself as I am in Canada and couldn't wait for another set of bars to be shipped. They gave me a refund for the lack of wiring.
I really like the bars and suggest they work with their shipping department to clear up the issues they are having.as they will not stay in business at the rate they are going.
definitely sounds like a shipping dept issue. Ordered the 12" Meathook Plug & Play(smart/lazy man) the 26th of May and received the correct order this past Tuesday.
I'm having a BIG problem with them at the moment: They sent me a defective product (the twist grip sensor on the "Plug and Play" 12" meathooks they sent me is no good - throws the dreaded P1510 code) and I can't get a reply to email or their "live chat" feature. This is not good....
I guess the 2 star rating on the BBB site (I should have checked that *before* I ordered) relating to abysmal customer service might be accurate...
