Clearview windshield delivered today. People were wondering about
delivery times. I ordered the shield June 22nd.
17" recurve shield,for my 06 FLHR.
I'am 5'10" and have a Street Glide seat on the bike.If anyone is
interested,I'll try it out today and let you know how it works for me.
My bitch was head buffeting at highway speeds with my stock shield that
was cut down to 17 1/2"

Got my 8" dark tint w/ recurve in less than 3 weeks from them (last week). Was expecting to wait longer than that. I like it a lot.

 

Orded my 6.5 inch dark tint recurve for my FLHX on the 26th, received it on the first, 6 days later. Finally I am happy with a windshield, can see over it and the wind is about the same as the 9.5 inch POS HD windshield that the clarity was terrible.
heading out for 4 days in the morning to give it a real test. Plus it looks alot better with the shorter shield.

 

Got my 9 1/2 recurve Dark Smoke tint in about 2 weeks. Rain hasn't allowed me to be out with it yet but i hear they are great !!

I found over the years that buffetting is a problem from air coming from below the windshield then pushing upward. Hope the new shield does the trick.

 

Also installed a fork air baffle. Have my doubts about that one,
but it's worth a try.

 

I got my 9.5" recurve in about 3 weeks. It does help with the wind hitting you in the face (there is none)but you still have the air coming from under the fairing.. I am sure everyone knows that the windshield will not help with this

 

I talked to John there and ordered one of the recurve shields today. He said they are able to ship the EG & SG shields quicker and I should get mine in 1-2 weeks tops.
