I run a Thunderheader on my M8 and love it, performance and sound is awesome. I ran the Thunderheader on my old Night Train as well and it lasted 13 years with me and is still going strong for the new owner. I had both coated by Performance Coatings, it's close by, when they were new and never had a problem. Best part is the cost was the same, for the head pipe and muffler, as it was in 2007. Did Black for the Night Train and Chrome now and both have stood the test of time as far as keeping the exhaust from rusting and cracking at the welds. Go for it, you will love the pipe IMHO.
