I liked it 'till I saw the price...that was ky-bosh #1.
Then I saw that the bike was not modular like the FLHs of yore...IOW, you can't remove the fairing or bags; you are stuck with 'em.
That was the deal-breaker for me. Dunno why they don't make 'em modular anymore.
It DOES look good, though.
That is one damn fine looking motor sickle! Modular? Buy a Road King if you want modular. I agree about the price, but then I imagined it being more! (It is Harley-Davidson you know) 😉

Gotta say I like it. Too pricey but love the look. When I was a kid, we lived 3 houses away from the local HD Dealer. He also sold Schwinns and fixed our bikes. I loved going in and looking at the new bikes. One day the owner gave me a clean cloth and some polish and said I could shine the bikes up if I wanted. I was in heaven. This was late 60s so the icon series really sings to me.
Two models per year if l read it correctly. 1.500 in this model run, all numbered bikes.. l an sure Harley will sell everyone they make. Possibly a original boat tail super glide in the original color numbered and signed by Wilie G.? Maybe a.original Wide Glide or Low Rider ? A softail custom ? One can only imagine ...

similar situation here growing up, but it was the mid to late seventies for me. Across from my parents business was an RV dealer who was also the HD dealer as well during the AMF days. I had a little 80cc dirt bike then, and I thought I was cool because the Harleys had an 80 size engine as well....lol. Spent many a day across the street just looking at those bikes...
