I am getting ready to do a few mods: George Anderson Relocation Tour Pak Docking Kit Antenna Relocation Kit Solo Seat & 4" Black Windshield To Putt Around Town...
My question is this. When I relocate my antenna how do I 'hide' the old mounting holes on the tour pak?
I'm confused. Are you going to a detachable tour pack set-up ? If so you will be leaving the tour pack at home and no one will see it. If tou aren't going to take the tour pack off, why are you reloacting the antenna ?
Yes Peppa1, I'll be leaving the tour pak at home when I putt around town, but when the wife and I het the road for the weekend the windshield goes back on, the tour pak goes back on, and the two-up seat goes back on. That's when the hole in the tour pak will look like s**t.
Forget the antenna relocation kit. Get a universal rubber shorty from your local auto parts store and ziptie it under the fairing. Your reception will be just as good as the stocker.
I don't use a tour pack...but perhaps black silicone? Perhaps Sears has something like a rubber or plastic plug the right diameter of the hole in the parts section?
