Speedometer error
Got a 20 RG Limited and I had thought the speedometer was reading fast in the past. Today we went for a ride and I was running 80 mph indicated and my friend on his 21 Gold Wing was running 76 mph. Later in the day I confirmed the error with two GPS units. My HDs in the past has had very accurate speedometers and this is rather puzzling. Has anyone else noticed this? Also the trip odometer showed over course of 100 miles about a 8 mile difference in that my bike registered the 8 additional miles. Strange for sure. Frustrating as every touring bike Ive had since 95 has been spot on.

Very timely post. My new 2020 SG is off as well. My GPS read 127km and the bike read 133km. That's a big discrepancy. I noticed this yesterday. It goes in for service tomorrow so will mention it. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
