I have a question to the smart people here. Pre covid, I was filling up and noticed that when getting to the top of filling up I would get something like an big air bubble in the tank, (not sure how to explain). I have to nudge/shake the bike and then continue on fueling until full. I have a 15 Limited Low. Just weird that an air pocket would be created at every filling. I have tried different things with the nozzles but it keeps happening.
Not a big deal but more of a curiosity factor.
Thanks,
Do you hold the Rubber stopper back while filling or do you put the Nozzle and rubber stopper against the tank opening?
I notice on my 2013 RG Ultra If I fill the tank with the Nozzle and rubber stopper against the tank opening it gets a air gap/Bubble .
So I Fill my tank Standing with the Bike on it's stand, and hold the Rubber stopper back while filling, I have not had the air gap/Bubble problem filling this way.
