Before I started on my regular 65 mile loop other day fuel range showed 105 miles to empty. After 65 mile loop this is what happened. I usually ride very casual and dont go past 3k rpm.
When it read 105 miles to empty, it was basing that on your previous mpg. It can change on load, elevation, temp, city vs hwy etc along with how hard you hit the throttle. It’s not an exact indicator.
That looks accurate. You started with the computer showing 105 miles and drove 65 then took 5 1/4 gallons. Its based on your previous ride. Doesnt take much to sway it a either way.
