Default Driver Backrest

Having back problems for several years, I'm thinking about a backrest. Looking at amazon and others, I see them for $50 to several Hundred. What is others using that is good.
I'm looking at GDAUTO on Amazon for about $75. anybody have one of these, good or bad.

Be careful I got one from ebay that was completely useless. It was only 49 bucks but still. I tried every way I could think of to mount it.
That grasshopper looks interesting.

For that price, try one, some spend more money on ointment and pills for discomfort ! Don't like it, sell it.

Are these backrests interchangeable? If I have a LePera seat with a backrest option installed, could I get a say, C&C backrest for it?

I have both the LePera and C&C solo seats. The backrest posts are different on both, with the LePera being a 2-piece post and C&C a single post. The LePera backrest can fold forward and the detent notches on the post is different than on the C&C seat.

Those with the grasshopper - can you adjust it up and down at all? I dont think a 5'5" and 6'6" rider would want it at the same height? Looks nice for the price though.
