throttle by wire issue

throttle by wire issue
I replaced the main power fuse and voltage regulator/rectifier. Started right up. Went out yesterday cranked it, started right up again. Now it idles way to high and throttle does not work. I normally take it to the shop to get it fixed. Money getting tight and hoping to save some. Any help you guys and gals can give me will be greatly appreciated.

That sounds like limp mode. Search and check every connector you touched or is in the area. Plug and unplug a couple times, add dielectric grease and plug in firmly.
Check the codes, write them down and then clear them.
