I have 100,000+ miles on my 8" LRS. Still looks great except for a few spots that got hit with debris!
Zero cracks or lines at the mounting holes. If you watch how you install it you shouldn't have a issue! This one has been on 7 different bikes and been removed and reinstalled dozens of times.
Freedom.
LRS has lost its luster due to quality, price and new ownership.
Prior to new owners I had several LRS on my 05 trying to find the perfect shield.
Went with Freedom on my 19 Limited, the thickness and quality are light years beyond what I had at LRS previously.
I know its not in your poll, but worth a look at.
Totally agree with you on the LRS.
My last one was crap. Very hazy. I NEVER used harsh cleaners on it.
You can't wear polarized sun glasses with one. It's like looking thru a
stained glass window. Their prices have gone thru the roof too.
Plus, the way they ship em. Plastic wrapped. No box.
I have my (tall) stock Harley shield back on it now. Crystal clear.
The holes line up better too.
I've used Windex on it. Never a problem.
