I have a 2012 Ultra Classic with 33K miles. It has started shutting off when in tight turns to the right like a parking lot. Doesn't happen at stoplight or other basic turns. It's not a stall but just dies like I've turned it off.
if idling in neutral and you turn fork to right you're stating it does not turn off?
OK - update - You guys were asking some questions that I wasn't 100% about. I just got back from a ride that had several stops. I also sat in driveway and tried turning the front left and back right.
1. When idling turn full left - no issue
2. When turn back to right 70% of the time would cut off a little right of center.
3. Taking a right at stops with wheel turned - cut off several times. I was able to stop on shoulder and it would restart without turning off and back on.
4. A couple of these stops/starts - it was about to cut-off then sputtered and kept running. This wasn't a stall but actually created a slight back-fire when I could keep it running.
Not sure if any of this makes sense and I'm going to be chasing gremlins. I appreciate any insight you might have. Hoping it's something simple I can repair without taking it to the pros.

Dumb question - but I assume I'll have to pull the outer cover off the fairing?
Probably not. But probably will need to pull the fuel tank. Check the wiring around the steering head. Most likely a broken wire inside the harness. Should be able to find it after opening the loom & feeling each wire for internal breakage inside the insulation. Can be a bugger to find. Good luck.
