Sorry for your "accident"... sucks on a brand new bike...
I dropped my '12 Limited, being careless in my driveway, when it was 3 months old....
First thing I did was look around to make sure no one saw it....
After picking it up, I found I was lucky.... there was nary a scratch on the bags or the fairing.... Made me a believer in the rear saddlebag guards and engine guard...
We've all done it, sucks. May want to make an insurance claim on that as prices are going to add up fast. I'm surprise the front engine gaurd didn't protect the fairing.
unfortunately, I tipped while on the downward slope of my driveway, rolled over top of itself so the guard didnt do much except protect the tank.
Been there done that, when my current bike was only 3 months old. Because of the newness, I replaced everything.
I dont think any painter will be able to match the Venom. Bite the bullet, and replace you wont be sorry.
Edit: My bag crash bars saved my bag, except for the late. So, I replaced, with factory new:
- outer fairing
- bag crash bars had some scratches, and decided to restore it to new
- bag latch same as crash bars.
And Ive never had to look at my bike and say I wish I would have gotten new replacements.

That is a bummer! I have had my 2021 Ultra Limited (first Harley) for less than 60 days, please people do not laugh. But my bike has now kissed the earth on both the left and right side (damn Jiffy stand retracted, front brake, handle bars turned)(the classics). Vivid black tiny abrasions on the engine guards, $40. dealer can of paint, super fine emery cloth, like new! Now sporting plastic engine guard covers. Glad I got those drops out of the way!
This thread raises the question, what do people have for an insurance deductible? $0, 500, 1000.? Do people keep their bikes fully insured year round? My agent claimed I can drop collision in the winter.
Burghy13 Those parts are expensive and do not include labor, if you have a low deductible I would make a claim though now you may be dealing with a surcharge for a few years. Tough call, I do think a good body shop can blend that paint to satisfaction no problem.
That paint will be impossible to repair properly. Most reputable painters wont touch it so be wary of the ones that say no problem. Its not a simple shoot/blend to match.
Hopefully you have insurance and this would be the time to use it. You might be surprised at the amount of damage you havent noticed.
Last week I came back to my parked Ltd. to find it laying on the right side. It had also rolled past the guards and had the fairing touching the ground.
Insurance is replacing my upper inner and outer fairing, lower fairing, Hogtunes lower speaker adaptor, mirror, brake lever, fog light, highway peg, engine guard, saddle bag, saddle bag guard, foot board and bracket, header, and muffler end cap. On many of those parts I hadnt noticed marks in the chrome but the adjuster did.
$5900 including labour and taxes. Yikes! Thank god for insurance.

$500 dollar deductible makes that sound a lot better, will be filing a claim no doubt.
Buzzkill warning - My buddy had "color flop" paint on his bagger. It came loose in the trailer when he had to move it in the winter. The insurance company totaled his older bike for the cost of repainting 3 pieces.
