If the brake system hasn't been drained, flushed and fluid replaced I would have that done first. The manual calls for thar service every 2 years since DOT-4 broke fluid absorbs moisture significantly. Then I would also lean towards warped rotors. UT you might want to make sure no bolts are backing out of your calipers.
Until I have moved my bike and with the engine running the ABS system pulses. Once I have moved the bike and the ABS error lamp extinguishes the ABS system doesn't pulse.
Do you have ABS and is there possibly something wrong with it?
That is NOT normal.
OP: did you mean while stopping? Warped rotors are common. I replaced mine at 18K miles for this.
Rotors are dirty. Hit them with medium Emory cloth like they run or a medium bright boy type mesh.
Welcome from Hampton Roads Virginia, USA!
Just in case you have not done both of these two important items!
Be sure to add an Avatar of your favorite shot in the USER set up for the small picture others will see in the top left corner of your post with your USER name.
And most importantly a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike model, year, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with that others see at the bottom.
This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question or another member interested in it may ask you a question about it.
Your all set.... Enjoy the ride! ______________
Its got ABS, I started up my Bike and while in neutral I pressed the front brake and it started vibrating, I never had a problem with it doing that, the rear brakes did the same, can it be needing a brake oil change?
