Someone may have ordered it with the nav radio. The dealer I go to, does it all the time. There are people who want abs or the nav radio, but like the chrome and don't want to pay for the rest of the extras the specials have.
I'm a little curious about the tank lettering rather than emblems, and it has stripes. Even the Special had emblems on the tank, but they were different than the Standard. Also, the inner fairing is matte black rather than gloss vivid black. And them there is the chrome rather than it bing blacked out. The Boom 6.5 GT was an upgrade for the Standard at an additional cost. It also apprars to have the standard silver colored gauges.
The whole paint scheme looks like it is from an earlier TC model to me. I'd plug the VIN into the Harley SIP at https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....cle/lookupForm to see what the original color was and other information available there. The painted parts will give the part numbers, and if they came with stripes from the factory the part number will have an astrisk (*) at the end of the part number.
