Belt adjustments problems
The manual clearly states to put a thin coating of anti-seize of the face of the nut.
Zippers makes a nice looking kit. Does anybody have this om their bike?

Vector One Axle Adjuster - Kraus Motor Co
Pull right side cam off, weld a bead on the flat. Grind it to fit the axle tight and all is well. Or buy a new one with new Axle. If they have more than one in stock test fit and take the tight one.
