Looking to upgrade my brake rotors, both front and back feel like they are starting to wrap, just about 25k on the bike (2016). I want something more performance orientated without breaking the bank at the same time. What are some recommendations?
The warping you feel is usually build up on the rotors.
I useRed 3m scotch Brite pads to clean the rotors and wipe off with brake cleaner (don't spray)
I scrub from outside the rotor to the inside, wipe off with brake fluid. Maybe a couple of times till I see the wipe-off rag come clean.
I do that about every oil change.
I tried EBC but without a great improvement.
But you still may need to measure your rotor for correct thickness and runout
