Default Power outlet?

Looking at the schematics for a '17 SGS, looks like it's called the Power Outlet. I call it the Cigarette Lighter outlet. Any way, my phone is not charging while plugged into the "Power Outlet". I've changed cables and plugs. I pulled the Mid Engine cover off the left side, see a small fuse block and checked the fuses. No blown fuses. What am I missing? I have not pulled the fairing apart yet...

Thank you

Did you actually test the outlet with a 12v tester to make sure there’s power to it? If no power, check the fuses with a meter as they can look deceiving.

No, i have not tested the outlet with a test light. I've had two sets of eyes look at each fuse and they're definitely not blown. However, I will test for continuity. Thank you.

There were earlier models that were actually wired opposite as far as positive/ground. Don't know when or why but it's worth taking a closer look.

Update... Took the test light to the power outlet, nothing. Tested other spots on the bike, light lit up like a Christmas tree. My multi-meter is at work. Will bring it home and test the fuses. Thank you for all the help.

I'll post a picture tomorrow of the fuse block on the left side.
