DynoJet Map for stock 88 MM with Arlen ness air filter
Hi guys!
Does anyone have a map for PC5 and 2001 TC88, MM, stock exhaust, Arlen Ness air filter?
The funny thing is that I have almost perfectly configured Dobeck TFI
(The highway is 39 miles per gallon, but the city is 28-23 miles per gallon ((. So I decided to try PC5 and compare.),
but PC5 does not have firmware for me. Technical support is still silent for the weekend but before it they advised me M15-040-020.pvm but too rich a mixture on idle... The spark plugs are wet and black. I corrected 0 to -15 in the first column and was still able to start the engine, but the spark plugs are still black. It seems too rich. There is 100% no air leakage, since I have already changed the intake manifold gaskets when there was such a problem when setting up the Dobeck TFI.
Any advice are welcome!

You had a great running system in your "Dobeck TFI", but decided to try a PC5, that does not have firmware for your application....???? I'm not sure that's a good idea...
Knowing that the Harley MM EFI system has little support anymore, is getting hard to find parts for, and even harder to find people to competently work on it.... I would go back to the first system you had that worked well... I would not be experimenting on an old, antiquated EFI system unless driven by need.......
I had trouble finding a good open loop PowerVision map for an 88" Twin Cam with Delphi EFI and basic stage II mods.... I suspect you will find that there are even fewer choices for the MM EFI system...
1. At the moment when I bought the PC5, I had a VH slipons exhaust and there was a fuel map for this setup. But, then I changed the exhaust.
2. Dobeck behaves perfectly on the highway, but I don't like the fuel consumption in the city. In fact, it is a stupid primitive carburetor, which works normally only in one mode.
I'll try to find a map for such a setup, we'll see. I can return Dobeck back at any time in 1 hour maximum. It's a shame that for 400 bucks I get a dead product.
Thank you!

Yesterday I calibrated the TPS again in the PC5, pulled out the ECM and Ignition fuses for 10 minutes. I even filled in a "zero" map with smaller numbers, unlike the one offered by Dynojet. I can only say that when accelerating in 1 gear to 3000 rpm there are no failures, but with a sharp acceleration in 2-3 gear in the area of the same 2000-2200rpm there is a strong failure in traction, and then a sharp jerk. Considering that the spark plugs are black and the motorcycle starts badly on a cold engine, as it immediately tends to stall and I have to increase the speed with my hands until it warms up a little, I conclude that the problem is only in the fuel map!!! On a hot engine, it starts immediately! Everything else is excluded. Dynojet advised a calibration stand or Autotune (spend the second 400 bucks - ha ha ha).
I just took off the PC5, and what do you think... the bike started up without any problems. There is a problem with the PC5 map. I drove for about 45 minutes. No problems and jerks. lol
