@Ultra103 , please do give us a call or shoot us an email; we definitely want that light working for you. The phones will be off over the weekend, but we'll have some staff answering contact requests submitted through our website.

I emailed you guys yesterday but havent had a reply yet. Thanks.
I've had to take those lights off before, not fun.
It doesn't look like it will be any fun - I don't think any damage will be done to the bike though, as long as I don't slip with the prying tool or overheat the paint on the fender.
Custom Dynamics did email me with a conformation that they are shipping a replacement light this morning so hopefully I'll be back in business soon.
No need to pry the light off. You can use the tool to keep the light operate from the body panel. Fishing line, the heaviest you can get will cut right thru the tape
Custom Dynamics has the best after sales support Ive ever seen. Id never hesitate to buy from thrm.
Same here. Other than the saddle bag mounted turn signals that came with the tour pack removal kit and the stock headlights, all the lighting on my RGU are from Custom Dynamics.
Quick update, Custom Dynamics shipped a replacement lamp to me (as we all expected they would) without issue. Communication was great and I will install test and install it this weekend hopefully.
These are some BRIGHT lights! I have had several good reports on visibility already.
Should you ever have an issue with CD lights. Call them first. CD stands by the product. A lot different than dealing with HD .
I am still waiting for the to release their rear smoke Tour pack replacement.
