Default Checking trans oil level
OK My 07 owners manual says check trans oil with bike on jiffy stand and then I've read several posts on this forum that state "check with bike straight up" WTF!!! big difference in levels I'm thinkin'..Anyone have the real story?

both my owners manual and HD repair manual say to check the trans on my '07 UC with it on the jiffy stand. I'd go with that.

Cruise drive trans on the side stand.....

5 speed gear boxes upright...
