Does anyone know what the installed length of the 12" and 13" Ohlins Blackline shocks are on a Street Glide. I have been using a 13" Progressive 944 and installed length is slightly over 12" center to center. I am planning on getting the HD 776 12" version but started thinking that the 13" might be closer to 12" installed. I have been told the 12" Ohlins still has 3" of travel so they would be fine. Thanks.
I have the HD 022 13" on my Street Glide.
They sag about 1/2" with the weight of the bike and another 1/2" when I sit my fat but on the bike.
Giving me a 12" length when I'm on the bike.
I'm guessing the HD 776 will react the same way.

Thanks. Did the bike look about the same when not sitting on it compared to the OEM shocks or did it sit noticably higher?

It's noticeably higher when sitting next to a stock lowered Street Glide. But it doesn't look like a huge difference. Worth the improvement in the ride quality.
I’m running 13” Bitubos with no more sag than the Ohlins on a ‘20 SG, and it’s not really noticeable that it's sitting higher, either when looking at it or sitting on it.
That said, I have a 33-34” inseam so someone not as tall might notice it more readily while sitting on it.
Not a huge difference.
Plus, like was said the ride quality improvement is well worth an extra 1/2" of height when sitting.
Here's a pic of mine with the HD 022 on the rear.
Thanks for posting pic of your bike. It really isn't noticable from that picture. Your bike looks great BTW. So on your bike sitting the way it is the shock bolt center to center is 12.5"? Just asking again cause I want to make sure before I buy the 13" version. Thanks

I'm 6'1" so it's only the look of the bike I'm concerned about. I'm probably stressing out about nothing. If the 13" shocks sit only 1/2" higher than stock I guess the 12" Ohlins would likely sit lower than stock.

Yes, 12.5" center to center with bike sitting on it's own.
