Rinehart question.
This is probably a dumb question but I picked a a used set of rinehart slip on pipes for my 2021 ultra limited. The guy said they are 4” but if I measure the end cap they are 4 1/2 “outside diameter. I want to replace the end caps and don’t want to get the wrong size. Should I order caps for 4 1/2?

I actually picked them up last fall and love the sound but I noticed right away a loss of low end torque and almost pulled them to go back to the factory pipes. After doing some research others have had the same issue and some have installed fuel moto inserts to add back pressure. I’m hoping this helps.
