Pro-Action is in my opinion the best bang for the buck. We have 40k+ miles on a pair and are very pleased. Made in the USA and excellent customer service.
Worth a call to George or DJ and talk to them. My experience has been excellent.
On the Progressive site its says that the 944s have a lifetime limited warranty. Not sure what limited entails, but when you spoke to them they couldnt do anything for you?
I'll watch this thread, I am considering Bitubo from DK Customs. They are an Italian product.
I put those on a few weeks ago but, I can't really give a review on them yet. Probably only done about 50 miles since. Half the price of Ohlins and some here have said just as good. When the weather clears some I'm going down to Ocean Parkway L.I. here where the road dips hard in some areas for a few miles. The kind of dips that can knock your butt off the seat at speed. I can go back/forth and get a real good sense of the best setting........which just may be the one set for me from the factory. Looking forward to snow melting
Considering that someone askes about shocks everyday on this site, I can only believe the OP is posing the question to take a shot at Progressive, not so much as to get recommendations.
