For what it's worth I just put a set of Öhlins shocks on my Ultra Limited. They have transformed it. I have no regrets.

that was the first thing that i thought of when i read the op. i had a set of shocks from progressive that sprung a leak and i had to send back for replacement. it was an easy process, but, i had to have the original sales receipt. if i didn't have that, or if i wasn't the original purchaser, then they would not have done anything for me.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bitubo shocks. I have Base Ohlins on my 07 Flhtc and 14” Pro Actions on my 14 Tri Glide. All worth the money.

Go look at Suspension Technologies usa, they're apparently really great shocks.

The Ohlins 13” base shocks, 777s I think, were on national backorder a month or so ago, so I ordered Bitubos from DK Custom.
Been pleased with that decision.

My 14” super Shox were made to order. Love supporting a small family owned business with personal service.

looking for comfort, no bells and whistles.
What's out there?

Progressive sucks, can't get them rebuilt!
Thanks in advance
Legend Revo, in the same price range. Revo-A's if you want to adjust rebound but they are more $$$.
