My 97 road king fuel injected will miss pop back fire and sometime drop a cylinder at slow speeds. Seems to clear itself out upon exceleration. I can drive 1000 miles between problem, soomtimes 50 miles. I also noticed that i hear valve clater at take off, when acting up. The bike has 48000 miles on it, basically stock except for mufflers, and screaming eagle K&N air filter breather kit, a download was done after i done this work 28000 miles ago and never missed a beat untill now. I have changed intake gask. plugs and wires and coil. There is no engine light out the normal, runs fine otherwise. THANK YOU for any help.

Instead of jumping right into replacing hardware I'd first spend some time breaking the electrical connections open and making sure they were clean and sound, then put them back together with a smidge of dielectric grease.
